The Viper Within is a print from a mixed media painting: pencil, watercolor pencil, watercolor paints, and ink.
She is one of a series of paintings currently in progress which weave together the spiritual connection we have with animals and a dash of poetry. The central figure of Viper Within represents the mystical and transformative power of the snake which lives within every person. I chose a female portrait for this viper to illustrate the underestimated strength of women and their innate connection to spirit. May she inspire you to stand confidently and remember the inner strength which lives within you.
